Which timber is used?
We use kiln-dried and treated pine, with a focus on timber quality and resistance. Choosing Swiss or Brazilian timber also determines the warranty conditions for your project.
How do the warranties work?
Optional Generali coverage for a chalet built with Swiss timber, at an additional cost. The period of up to 20 years depends on the contracted terms; it is not automatically included in the price. The stated warranty for Brazilian timber is 6 months. Ask about the scope, terms and responsibilities in the proposal.
